I have been told that the bugtracker was broken. It refused logins with the message
APPLICATION ERROR #2800
Invalid form security token. Did you submit the form twice by accident?
This was a bug in Mantis 1.1.4. I have upgraded to Mantis 1.1.5 and logins are working again.
