ExplorerListView 1.0.0 Beta 1

I've another release for you: ExplorerListView 1.0 Beta 1. :cheers:
The setups are similiar to those of ExplorerTreeView 2.0. The Debug build can be used with a debugger to find mem leaks and similiar problems, the Release is for productive use. Both setups contain an ANSI version, an Unicode version, corresponding help files and 9 sample projects for Visual Basic 6.0. The Unicode version is the preferred one, but doesn't run on Windows 98/Me. Windows 95 isn't supported.

This version doesn't contain any shell-browsing code. It's a plain listview, but with many features.
