ExplorerTreeView 2.0.0 Beta 2

I've released Beta 2 of ExplorerTreeView 2.0. It contains a new item filtering system, improved drag'n'drop support and tons of bugfixes.
As known from Beta 1, there's a Debug build for finding mem leaks and a Release build for productive use.

This version doesn't contain any shell-browsing code. It's a plain treeview, but with many features.
