ExplorerTreeView 1.10.2

I received a bug report complaining that ExplorerTreeView 1.10.1 doesn't run on Windows NT 4.0. So I've set up a virtual machine and fixed it. Actually, there were 2 problems:
1) The control couldn't be registered because NT 4.0 doesn't like UPX-compressed binaries. I wasn't able to fix this issue by calling UPX with different flags, so I decided to not compress my binaries anymore.
2) The control crashed on startup, because NT 4.0 chokes if you try to set a treeview's item height to 0. I've no idea why the control tries to set it to 0 (it does this on NT 4.0 only :dontknow:), but I've added a sanity check which prevents such things.
